We can host any website, although transactional sites will benefit most from our ability to flex the service to cope with peaks in your business.		We can host back office applications such as ERP, mail servers and everyday office applications on a ‘hardware provided’ basis.	We can host your websites and applications and take care of your hardware too – either by relocating your existing hardware to our data centre, and managing it there, or providing hardware through lease or sale.

A fully managed service

Our custom hosting services are fully managed to ensure maximum uptime for your website and business applications. This includes:

• Administration and maintenance – we perform server capacity planning, bandwidth monitoring and all day-to-day administration and maintenance activities.
• Monitoring – we monitor your installation from three separate POP3 locations, with HTTP and HTTPS availability checks every ten minutes. Our experienced support team is automatically notified about availability status by email and SMS.
• Backups - your hosted sites, applications and databases are backed up daily and retained for 7 days. Additional backups can also be provided if required – for example, as server snapshots for building temporary test servers, or for risk management during code change projects.
